At the NHORA Foundation we aim to provide assistance, in any way shape or form to Hispanic home buyers. We do this through our local involvement with Road to Homeownership Seminars. At these seminars, the local Hispanic community is able to connect  on a personal level with lenders, agents, and associates who are able to guide them towards homeownership. One of our biggest attributes is our Down Payment Assistance Program. This program will help those families who need just a little bit more in order to make their home buying dreams come true. In addition, the NHORA Foundation provides leadership training and development to those who seek leadership roles. These trainings shape the mentees for a successful career as a Hispanic employee.
