A First Time Home Buyer closing costs assistance fund in cooperation with the National Hispanic Organization of Real Estate Associates, who provide home buyer education and assistance through it’s chapter network.

The member Realtors of the National Hispanic Organization of Realtors have committed to participating in helping First Time Buyers with some credit up to $3,500 out of their commission to help Buyers with their closing costs.
